YOUR ART ON OUR CARDS?

Mythulu takes Artist rights very seriously. We've had problems (even with progressive commissioned work) with remote artists pretending to create something they didn't. We run plagiarism checks on everything before licensing, but oversights are possible.

If your work has been plagiarized by one of our artists, we want to know immediately. We will do everything in our power to make things right with you.

To file an authorship claim, please contact [email protected] or call (480) 559-4026. We will look into the situation and reply within 72 hours.

WHISTLE-BLOWER REWARD:

If someone else is using our art without permission, we would appreciate you letting us know. We reward whistle-blowers with a percentage of damages recovered. Thank you for your help in supporting our artists.

FYI - A high percentage of the images used in Starter Pack A were originally licensed from other artists. The majority of the images were originally photos. When all the images were gathered, we then had them all repainted so the styles would match.

Therefore, it's possible that other companies may be rightfully using the same art. In particular, images by Tithi Laudthong form a good 1/6th of our art, and we do not have exclusive rights to these images.

That said, we'd still love to know if you notice our art being used elsewhere because some of the art IS privately commissioned. We own a derivative copyright on repainted versions. And most importantly, we want to make sure our artists are protected and receive fair credit for their work.
